Classroom rules:
These Classroom rules were developed together as a class at the beginning of the year. By collaborating together as a class, the students then become responsible, under my guidance to manage classroom activities.
Which career stage am I demonstrating.
I believe that I am acting at the proficient career stage by allowing and creating routines where the student's time is spent on the learning task at hand.

4.2 Manage Classroom activities.
Evidence:
We use Class Dojo in our classroom to motivate and reward the students for a range of different values that we focus on.
Which career stage am I demonstrating:
Class Dojo Demonstrates how I can maintain routines within my classroom and motivate students to stay on task which increases the level of time spent on the learning task at hand. Class Dojo allows you to tailor behaviour positives and negatives so that students understand and strive to meet your behaviour expectations.
With these classroom strategies in place, we were able to spend our time engaged in our IBL unit!
